Timeline for Setup 

Day 1: Virtual Onboarding and requirements are discussed.

Day 3 - The first sample is sent out for review (4 posts) **PENDING APPROVAL TO MOVE ON TO THE NEXT STAGE**

Day 7 - The entire calendar of copy and creative is sent for review and approval. 

Day 7 - Posts have been scheduled.

Day 20 - A new calendar for the following month is sent for approval.

 

Day 30 - New posts have been scheduled.

Expectations 

 

  • The business owner understands that this is a brand awareness product with no community engagement. 

  • The products and services will be highlighted in the posts that are created. 

  • On request, special company announcements are created (up to 2 posts max per month). 

  • Unless otherwise specified, copy will be taken from the website's content (information must live in branded material or resources provided). 

  • This offer includes two platforms: Facebook and Instagram. 

  • Canva templates that have been rebranded for the business are used to create posts (no design requests around layout, but imagery may be provided). 

  • Posts for the month are scheduled once the calendar is approved.
